Project Description
Completed a Phase I for this client which identified historical above ground storage tanks on the property being acquired. Considering the potential of releases from the above-ground tanks a Phase II ESA was performed. Phase II involved sampling of soil and groundwater in the vicinity of the above-ground tanks that were formerly used to store and dispense Bunker C fuel oil for operation of boilers and other uses throughout the citrus processing plant. The two (2) ASTs formerly had an estimated capacity of 50,000 gallons each. The Phase II assessment report was provided for your closing with Regions Bank.
