Project Description

The Environmental People provided Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments (ESAs), wetland and T&E species evaluations and environmental permitting for various sites planned for the development of single-family and multi-family housing projects. Some projects also involved cleanup actions involving soil and groundwater remedial actions.
