Project Description

This Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was conducted on undeveloped property located west of Victory Way within the Walt Disney World Resort and more specifically the Disney Wide World of Sports (DWWS) in Kissimmee, Osceola County, Florida (Site). The ESA was conducted for Mr. Barry Cunningham of Walt Disney World Company with reliance provided to Aloma Bowling and Recreation, LLC, who is leasing the property. The ESA was completed in general conformance with standards published by the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) in Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments:  Phase I Environmental Site Assessments Process (Designation E 1527-05).

The purpose of the Phase I ESA was to identify and assess characteristics of the Site that would be considered a “Recognized Environmental Condition” (REC) and potential liability associated with existing on-site contamination or contamination on adjacent property that could impact the Site. Findings of the Phase I ESA were based on information gathered from federal, state, and local regulatory agencies; interviews; published maps; historical aerial photographs; and visual reconnaissance of on-site and off-site areas.
