Reed Nissan Site Contamination Assessment

W e prepared and submitted a site assessment report (SAR) and SAR addendums for Colonial Acquisitions (d.b.a. Reed Nissan), FDEP Facility No. 48-8735601. The SA actions were undertaken in accordance to Chapter 62-770 FAC to evaluate environmental impacts associated with the release of gasoline products from a faulty overfill protection device. Newell’s Gas Station / Site Assessment

W hile working at another consulting firm our Principal Geologist was responsible for providing soil and groundwater evaluation services at the former Newell’s gas station in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Under the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Preapproval Petroleum Cleanup Program, this site was eligible for cleanup funding from the abandoned tank restoration program (ATRP). Respite Center/Hartman Properties Phase I and II ESAs

T his project involved two 40+ acre parcels in an industrial park to be utilized for expansion and improvement of City services. As part of these property acquisitions, we provided the following services: Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM Standard E-1527-00; and Phase II ESAs involving the characterization of soil, groundwater, and subsurface soil/fill materials. Winkler Tire Facility Underground Storage Tank Removal

W hile employed at another consulting firm, Mr. Cook directed a staff of engineers and geologists for the removal of a 2,000-gallon gasoline underground storage tank (UST), consistent with the requirements of Chapter 62-761 FAC. Continuing Environmental Assessment and Remediation Services Contract

While employed at another consulting firm Mr. Cook had the responsibility of managing a staff of engineers and geologists who provided services for a continuing environmental assessment and remediation contract services to Orange County, Florida. Winter Springs Source Removal Action
